Our standard all-inclusive fee for furnishing and dressing a two-bedroom apartment is just £4,500, inclusive of VAT and all charges.

We charge £4,000 for a one-bed and £5,000 for a 3-bedroom apartment.

Please note these prices are for typical modern apartments being furnished to let to professionals.

We also fit-out tenements, with prices starting at £3,500 for a one-bedroom flat.
